I am in international (Export/Import of Rice) Business. I received a call from +224 78601192. when I picked the call there was no any voice from other side. Few days back also I received the call from such number. But today when I called back on this number (anticipating any of our new Customer) there was some unclear noise but no one was replying the call. Kindly help me who are these callers.
