I’m looking into this. I had a voicemail from them and it was just silence. Creepy. Then I phones them back as a joke and there as a woman speaking in a different language. I recorded the whole thing to see if I can make out what she’s saying and translate it somehow, because for some reason it creeped me out and I want to know what she said. If anyone wants to hear the recording just email me.

My mobile has just rung but before I get to it, rang off - It's 11.30 p.m and I was in bed!!  VERY ANNOYED!!

Same for me rang and cut off before I got a chance to answer and I had my phone in my hand.

This number rang me for like a second at 1:15am lol what the hell. It’s from Guinea-Bissau... which is West Africa. Obviously not ringing back. Odd though.
