After answering and waiting 20 seconds of silence I knew this was another scammer!

Eventually the abrupt female rep got to me and made out that I had asked for advice on "how to make more income" - "og course, my lucky day, thanks so much for calling back" I replied.....   happy she had a sucker on the hook, she then started her pitch on how they provide training and software and all sorts of benefits . WHen I could get a word in, I asked her if it was legal, and she assured me it was and that they were "fully authorised in Asutralia" but when I asked for an ABN or ACN she said "We're based in London" - not being able to resist, I asked her to look out the window and let me know the weather in London right now - she immediately knew I was wasting her time and hung up.

I've had a half dozen of these calls from 02 numbers this week (Jan 2020) and hey all seem the same - this is the first one I've actually spoken to though, as previous calls were not answered by a rep at their end and timed out.

Glad I got to have 5 minutes of fun and prevented her maybe conning some other Aussie into believing the scam she was trying to sell.

Didn't get the name of the company but it had "Capital" in it - Capital Financial or Capital Investments or some other fake name to make them sound like a legit investment bank from London , instead of a scam call center in Mumbai.
