Got a call today from a man with a foreign accent saying the government is going to give me money and I will be receiving it through western union. They knew my first and last name and my address

There's a rude lady who calls and asks if she's speaking with the owner of the phone (the phone really?) when you ask who it is she laughs and hangs up or if you say anything at all the b***h hangs up anyway..

Haha I had them tell me the same thing I told them off and then hung up on them

Block it!  Its a scam.  If yoy stay on long enough they will try to link to your personal accounts via the apps on your cell!!!  So serious!  Plus 003 means they blocked their number so you cant trace their's!!!

I received a phone call from 003 and refused to answer. Very suspicious of this and I have blocked the call # now. Recently received some strange calls. Wondering if this has anything to do with the reported break-in of yahoo accounts.

Someone called me from 003 n said it was from the government n he called me by my name. I told him "who are you trying to fool, you can't fool me n right away he hand up

I keep getting calls from this number +32463005327 every week. Why?

I have no idea who and where is number came from, they called me earlier.

Receiving calls weekly from 003 333. Accent as mentioned by others, and just calling me by my surname( no ms or mrs). Also had the call from the 'm/soft tech team' saying they owe me money- asked if I had my laptop near me. All a big scam

It is impossible to call them back because phone service will not even allow you to call out. There are no area codes that begin with 0. The number that called me was 003-003-3003  !!!

Iam recieving very odd phone calls afew from 020 code and one this morning which was 003 all foriegn accents what is this?

Never answer and they never leave a message.  They are getting annoying. I am on the no call list but it does not seem to make a difference these days. WHO ARE THEY?
