I got the same call today... from --> 00306, but when i try to answer my phone just out of battery.
And I'm wondering why this kind of number will call me too. = =|||

its very simple  . when the caller do not wish to be identified he turns on 'private number' mode and it appears 0030 on your cell phone. thats all

Get a call from this number just now. It says is from an electrical company doing some survey. Name Dong Bao (North Precious).

I got this call today, the lady said in malay that I am still owing RM3,000 plus for my unifi account. The problem is I didn't even register any unifi account. I just hang it up, its definitely a scam.

I'm from Malaysia.. I got call from 00306 twice, first call couple month maybe more that 2 month and second call is new one at 12/3/2013 time10:54am. But that number make misscall only to my phone. I have try to call back but no answer. Weird right...
