i got a call from this number as well but didn't pick , looks suspicious

Called by this number today telling me they had several error messages from my computer. I told him that was absolute rubbish and would he give me his telephone number. He asked why I wanted his number when he was trying to help me with my error messages. i told him I wanted to report him to the Telephone Preference Service. he then called me a "fu..ing bas...d" and then a stream of some foreign language. Nice!
