0035314531938 -who is it?

Two calls from 003531 withinin an hour, first was from an Indian called George who said hes calling about Sky broadband. the second never spoke but hung up. the two numbers were 003531709060 and 003531349199 these numbers are 1 digit too long for UK numbers. Had this problem of calls relating to Sky ever since I bought a new speaker from the real Sky, I suspect their call centre in India has an employee handing out Sky customers landline numbers.

I have the same number,but saying she was from Microsoft, just put the phone down, I've had many of these always an Indian caller

Scammers from India

I received a recorded message purporting to be from my bank regarding suspect payments.
Needless to say I hung up the phone.
Dialling 1471 gave the number as 0035318383170.

Several calls from 003518383170 , all ways  a machine when answered. hung up , now blocked.

George an Indian calling about my broadband problem...Just hung up as soon as I said don't have
broadband (not true!)
