That is an albanian call center that calls to sell oil by phone. Even the number shows that is a call from italy really that is a call coming from albania

this number calls me but no one speaks i try to call back but it's offline

on the Private-phone-telekom-anseringbox was this number today . No massage

Tu ne peux pas les bloquer. C'est un "Call Center".
now are 2 weeks that they call me two times every second day.
How can I stop that? To go to the police? The other fxxx numbers are
invisible so I can stop them with a code, but this number..?? I'dont know...

One year ago I had a call from Italy, 0039017...(of the rest I can't remember me).
A person spoke with me Swiss-Greman (it was a real Swiss-Man). He wanted
to sell me olive oil and products from Piemont, Italy. He said, that this firm support
the economy and the farmers there.
One other persone said that she/he heard them spoken dutch in the background .

yes they are albanians,there is the german departament,the italian and the french one.they promote and sell different products,for example some promote the oil,some made contracts for british telecom etc etc.there was german in the back because noone is permitted to speak albanian while they are in work.this is called outsourcing.and a lot of companies are using this method,by leaving the phone services to be done in developing countries where salaries are 200-300 euros per month.for example the united kingdom makes all the phone services in india.when u call for example customer care or customer service,a person from india explain to u what to do or help to solve ur problems
