I am from Türkiye(Turkey) this number called me today and i could not catch the call. When i googled i found this site.Whats that number's aim?!!

i just recieved a call from this number but i did not pick up

I'm from Mauritius and got numerous calls from this number. I called back and I here a female voice, then I ended the call. What is this??

Also got a call very early in the morning. Thought it'd be a friend from Italy so called her back. Then I heared an English woman on an answering machine...

I had a missed call from this number today. I did not call back but went on Google instead and found this page. I agree, it's a fraud, don't call back! If you already did, contact your phone company and tell them the number is a fraud, so they do not charge you for calling. If they get that information, I am almost certain that they are not allowed to charge you, at least not if you called from the EU (I guess the final outcome depends on your national consumer law and on your phone company.)

BTW, I'm from Finland.

I got a call from this number today 25.4.2009. As I was expecting (another) call, I dialed back and there was a female voice saying "Hello this is Svetlana" or something like that.

Stupid me did call back to that number -  so will happen next?

Is my mobile infected with a virus, is it high-jacked and somebody is making calls with it, or will I be charged with some kind of call-fee?

I am a bit...no...I'm extremely worried. Telephone operator is already closed so I can't contact them until Monday.

Got my telephone bill yesterday. The call I made to that number cost me only 0,27 € , so I do wonder what's the point of that kind of fraud - certainly it is not very profitable.

This number called few minutes ago. I answered but heard only one beep and it went offline. Instead of calling back I searched the number with google and found this site. I love the internet :)And I'm from Finland

That number called me May 28 09. i Am from Antigua,Thats in the caribbean.

these (censored) ppl call me at about 6:10am Monday, June 01.....do not call back that number as i have heard will be billed at something like US$18 per min....i do not know how they are getting ppls numbers so easily. DO NOT answer; DO NOT call back the number. I am from Barbados.

I recieved a missed call this morning and i tried to call it back but I cant hear anything ,so im checking the telephone number online to know which country it was came from,then im so surprised of lots of comments at the same number, well, thank you ,now i knew.

OPREZ: Odgovor na propušteni poziv platio 2000 eura!

PULA - Nove prevare i 'nabijanje' računa za mobitele čini se da su stigle i do nas. Upozorava nas čitatelj Aleksandar Rajkov da mu je kolega na svom telefonu zabilježio neodgovoren poziv s jednog od brojeva s kojeg je već u europskim zemljama građanima počinjena znatna šteta.

Broj je +393193260013.

- Tok nelegalnog rada je ovakav: korisnik mobilnog telefona dobije, u nekom trenutku, propušteni poziv neovisno zvoni li njegov mobilni uređaj ili ne. Kada korisnik mobilnog telefona pogleda broj pozivatelja i kada taj broj počinje +39..., +390..., +391..., +92..., +393..., +394... i tako dalje (u ovom primjeru, koji je poznat telefonski broj je bio: +393193260045) i ukoliko korisnik taj poziv odmah izbriše, tim potezom se osigurao i napravio pravu stvar.

Ukoliko korisnik mobilnog telefona pozove broj telefona koji mu je ostao kao propušten poziv, korisnik mobilnog telefona postaje žrtva prefriganaca. U slučaju koji mi je poznat, kolega je svojim odzivom na propušteni poziv izgubio više od 2.000 EUR.

Određeni brojevi iz gore navedenih skupina, mogu napraviti, da korisnik mobilnog telefona ukoliko se odazove na propušteni broj, ne može prekinuti poziv i tako nastaju ogromni troškovi na njegov račun. Broj korisnika mobilnih telefona, koji će odgovoriti na propušteni poziv na brojeve koji su naznačeni, iz dana u dan bit će sigurno sve veći.

Kako na taj način korisnici mobilnih telefona sami sebe guraju u financijske probleme i tako postaju žrtve kriminalaca, upozoravam vas da na takve propuštene pozive, koji počinju skupinama brojeva koji su gore navedeni, ne odgovarate, kako ne biste postali žrtva ovog tipa kriminala. Zbog toga vas molim da sa sadržajem ove poruke upoznate sve vaše prijatelje, suradnike, znance, piše čitatelj. (Barkun)
