I got a odd call from 004 and before that on same day got about 3 calls and when looked on my caller id, there was nothing! After the 3 calls that were blank and the 4 th with the 004, then I got another call from what sounded like a East Indian. He told me  I was ok'd for a grant and would give me a password to go fill out information. First he needed my credit card number to pay something like $3.89 cents. ( was not wanting anykind of grant).
I told him to just send the info then he hung up. After the call, again it was blank on who had called me on my caller ID !!! Has anyone else had these kind of calls where they are blank so cannot trace them and asking for bank info or credit card numbers?

I became a such call from 004075467585 -  I am from Germany and this is a number of Rumain .
The caller said :" I am in......blabla!" did´nt understood.-
I said "Okay, is okay Man!" and lied off the Phone- 2 times this caller cas calling me- And I said this to my server :-)
He said:" Never call whit this people, and never call back!That cast money!" OK.... doe the same, Friends !

I just got 3 calls with the same sounding person asking for the same the but the number were 4.89. This is getting a little sketchy

I recieved a phone call from this number at 12-1am. No information about it

Received call from  00405040195335 Claimed my bt. Contract would end today due to none payment.
