I too have had this number ring me at the most awkward of times, introducing themselves as a market reseach company. I work on the principle that I never phoned them and therefore give them two choices 1/ terminate the call there and then or 2/ I have a whistle next to the phone and perhaps they will never ring again. The later option works when they do NOT hear me ask the questions like why are you calling and I am not interested etc.The other option of ignoring the call will only leave it open to them calling again and again as they have managed to have your FULL name.
