I have had the same thing happening here. One sms was sent from my phone, and I didn't do it - wired!!

Does anyone know what setting change has to be done to stop this nonsense in Iphone 4S?

Have had the same No. charged to my Vodafone account:  seems its to activate Facetime or imessage.  Made sure both were turned off but still another charge.  Spoke to Vodafone - too bad!!  They won't look into the matter.  Probably because it is making money for them, not costing them!!
