Just had a call from BT Openreach, Service Department (man with an Asian accent) they had been checking my internet speed and wanted to check my router blah blah.  It didn't matter who my service provider was they check everyone's router and had someone ready to talk me through how to increase the speed.  I kept him talking for a while but got fed up listening and hung up.
