Came up as International, but went on to voice mail. Heard a lot of talking in background, must have been call centre.

Fed up with getting these scam calls. Said they were from the BT technical dept, an indian sounding voice. Lots of noise in the background.

If BT ever calls you, it will be a return call about your service problem and probably from Level 2. They use an 0800 prefix and not an 00 overseas prefix. In addition to having blocked 001 and 002 overseas prefixes on my T r u e c a l l call blocker, I have now blocked 007. The caller will hear "we are not interested in your call and to please hang up."  My phone remains silent.
