this number has called me at my law firm 3 times now receptionist told me Microsoft was calling for me and asked for me by name every time it is transferred they hang up as soon as i say hello

The foreign man called my work # and told me he was from Dell and would be sending me an email. He knew my work email and name. Judging from posts about this number, it is likely not Dell calling lol.

Same here, calling me saying he is from Microsoft, wanted to send me something, and "wanted to confirm if my email is XYZ". But luckily, my office email address is not typical so I knew he was phishing.

We received a suspicious call from 00830844912 at 14:31 at our hotel

The lady wanted initially to leave a message for John Miller, who is expected to be walk-in guest.
Messages was: ‘1. IBM 2. It would be security concerns’. The lady then asked for some information about the hotel, address, telephone number etc and if we accept credit and debit cards specifically AMEX.
She finished the call as soon as it was suggested to speak with Reservations or Reception for more details.

A couple of sites list it as a scam number.

Our reception received call from this number (listed on our screens with two additional zeros infront: 0000830844912) and they wanted to leave a message for a walk-in guest under the name "Nash". Message was: 5210K decision make within 12 months only. When forwarded to manager they disconnected the line

Got a call from this number but didn't answer.
There was an 8 second message left that said f you f you f you f you f you and hung up.
Definitely now a valid call!

Number calls business often. As a rule, I don't answer weird-looking numbers as they are usually scams. Send straight to voicemail now, no messages left.

This number called in our hotel saying he wants to leave a message to our general manager. I wanted to ask what was his concern first but all he replied was "idiot." he hung up after that. Well. F u.

Middle Eastern male voice approximate 30 years of age announced my name and said he was with Dell.  I asked him to say again to make sure that I heard him correctly.  He starts I am with Dell and the reason for my call, then call gets disconnected. The caller never gave his name.

I have got two calls from two different person Nash and Ryan from this number 00830844912 in Switzerland in our Hotel.
They tried to get everytime an answer with yes and repeated the question again when the answer was not yes.
They told me they want to reserve a room and they are from ibm. The last question was identify solution. I asked him what he means with this to go sure and he told me this is his company and then the call ended.
I think it is scam or phishing or something.

i got a call to work number and he introduced himself as Rick from IBM and asked me to confirm my email ID and he said i will receive white paper to my Email but i haven't get anything.

Three consecutive calls, said they were calling on behalf of Symantec.  I became rude right away given the shady number not going well with a Symantec call.  I then hung up, and hung up again.  On the third time I told him that the call is being tracked and recorded.  When I asked him what he wanted, he said (quote): "I want your ass".  All done in a very well define Indian accent.

my caller has pretended to be from Cisco advising me of a marketing seminar.

The caller didn't say her name or companyname, she asked for an employee of our school. I told her that the name she mentioned is not familiar. Than she spelled the name and I asked her if she has an emailaddress of this person. She didn't answer that question en she hung up. We receive a lot of these calls....also with different nummers..when does this harrassment stops...

received a call from 00830844912. they new my name and asked was i the correct person then immediately hung up

called 5 times.  a 212 number would flash then change to 00830844912 after few rings they hang-up and a the next call from a 212# appeared then changed to 008 .  i assume they were trying to make the call look like it was from NYC but the phone got more info?  don't care didn't answer, no VM

Foreign gentleman said he wanted to speak to some man could not here what he was saying then when said you have a buisness line said they was from our HR team I asked for same name and said never heard of them and he hung up

Called our office and asked for someone who doesn't work here. Then hung up.
