    When I rang 1471 this number had an extra 85 on the end. I rang back and a recorded voice said this call may be recorded for training purposes. Then the phone went dead.

    But did you get a call from the number associated with this thread? What that heck does ringing 1471 and the "extra 85 on the end" have to do with this? Sounds more like a custom Starbucks order. Very strange phone system.
