We have had a call from this number, they claim to be "wizard energy".
also had a call from 01104, same company, same evening, different operator.

i just had a call from this number 01115 as well 31/08/2010  7.07pm

i didn't awnser it and they didn't leave a message on my awnserphone.

weird phone number. it  sounds very dodgy.

even weirder - i just called 01115 back with 141 in front and it said "the number has not been recognised"

tried it again without the 141 in front  and got same message.

think i might report it to BT in a moment.

Long coversation with Dan (from Mumbai?) who told me that my computer had  sent error messages to the windows server in Manchester and to switch my computer on and he would show me how to correct the problem for ever.

Call which when answered no one there ... hung up and checked 2 minutes later .. still there no message ... like a computer had dialled and I was too quick answering

Had a call from this number following several silent calls from 01120 (assuming same origin). This time they claimed to be "calling about computer", and when I told them we didn't ask for this call and we don't want them to call again, they hung up.

I don't no who they were but it was weird they asked to speak to the parent or guardian of myself ??

Caller with Indian accent claimed to be from a 'computer maintenance group' and asked me to turn on my computer and run windows event manager. If there were red or yellow warning items, he said this would show serious virus infections. This is nonsense, most computers will show such warnings which generally indicate minor glitches, so I hung up.
The next step could be a request to run 'remote desktop connection' which would enable him to control my computer.

I just received a call from 01115 claiming to be a Windows Technical Support worker and advising me to check through my computer with him, 5 simple steps - he even knew my name and address.  I said thank you for call and hung up.

This 01115 number is from India. They used to claim to be Microsoft until that scam was sorted by Microsoft themsselves. Ironically my stepson fell for this a few days ago and was telling us about it yesterday. I told him I was fooled 2 years ago but by a strange happening these people called me today but I could not answer in time
Apparently the Indian Government know all about them even their address where they operate from but despite many requests to shut them down they refuse to do so. it is about time more pressure was put on them to act. There are enough scams going on worldwide without one that could so easily be prevented.
Moral is: No matter who says what unless you have requested help from a reputable Company do not give your details to anyone that phones you touting for business.

Had a few calls like this from similar numbers  . I have fun with them sometimes .  When they tell me to put my computer on  I tell them its on and then they run through procedures and tell me what should be on the screen . I tell them they are mistaken (this gets to them) . My computer isnt even on . Had someone on for 20mins once and you can hear them getting confused . Other times they just get told to f*** off

Keep getting calls from India asking me to do survey. They say if you take part you wont keep getting called. Last time they said they just wanted to ask what TV provider I use.  Did 1471 after last call and got 01115. Keep refusing and would advise anyone to take same stance. I am suspicious as to why they are so persistent if it is just a survey.

i do not now who the company is,but they called me about 10 times from 12amto1250 ,and totally ignored my request to stop calling.they rang again at 20 30am.they have rang several times befor

I've had several calls from this number over the last couple of days. They claim to be from UK Energy (or Energy UK) and ask about a voucher I should have received from them. The thing which alerted me to something being "not quite right" was the value of the voucher being quoted differently by different callers (ranging from £500 to £1500). I asked why the call only showed up as 01115 and this mornings caller (Scottish accent, same as yesterday, but a different person. Apparently Angus, yesterday, is a new start and they also wanted to know if he was nice and polite on the phone!!!!) said its because the call goes thru an exchange that makes it look like an international number (I've never seen an international number with only 5 digits!). I made my excuses and ended the call with the guy saying he'd call back at a more convenient time.... Without asking when would be more convenient .....

It a con number dont listen to them.  I had it ringing me and a Indian guy wanting my bank details

Call form 0115328818 at 9.30am on 29 Dec 2015. No message. Tried to ring back but all numbers beginning with 0111 are unobtainable.
