watch out for this number it is safestyle uk they are a nuisance ringing every week asking if i want new windows.I said no but they still keep calling i am now keeping a diary of the calls and then i will get legal advice.

yeah it is safestyle i have had several calls this week and each time i tell them im not interested they get more and more aggressive and rude. avoid this company

i had a call from this company today..i naturally returned the call wondering as to whom it could be,,they said they hadnt called and that it was me that had called them..lol...i explained that i was merely returning a call from which i had had earlier that day while i was at work, they became very rude and kept over talking me whenever i tried to explain that i was unhappy and requested to speak to a manager and to have my details taken off there call list, i have since discovered that it is SAFESTYLE that is making the calls and what is also funny is that they installed new windows to my property 2 yrs ago...poor customer service and lack of experience with the public comes to mind.

I've had the same caller too - they came over 3 years ago and gave a quote of over £12,000!!!!!  We only have a 3 bed end terrace!  By the time he left it was down to £5,0000 - told em no way don't like the way they sell.

They came door to door a couple of months ago and I said "no thank you - don't like the company"  to which I was told I was aggresive!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Told them to take me off door to door or phone calls obviously they don't listen!  

Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole - and the adverts drive me MAD!

Keep callin me. Thought it was a friend in Leeds and when I called back and asked who they were they declined to answer and kept asking who I was. I explained that I was returning a call by 1471 and that if they did not know who I was they were to stop calling.  Needless to say tonight so far since 5PM have had 2 calls which I have not answered

Yep it is safestyle had months of it now!! numerous times of day.  Living near and working in Leeds I've answered it a few times thinking it was something else and they can be rather rude.

Pain in the proverbial, ring at stupid times during the day. I wouldnt use them if they were the last company in Britain. Going by their adverts they are all obviously as stupid as their ad front man.

Asked for a Mr 'x', who is not me and asked if I live at an address which is not mine. When I said both were wrong he asked if someone had knocked at my door. I answered no and he asked if I was sure!!! Told him to go forth and multiply!

I had a call just a few minutes ago ...just silence..every time they call in future I will give them directions to a a fake made up address... probably an old abandoned shed... see if that stops their pestering lol.

Still Safestyle and still calling in 2014.  Asking for Mrs. whatever, I ask if they want my sister-in-law or my mother who passed away 10 years ago.

Just recieved a call from these and yep, still Safestyle, one of the worst companies I have ever come across - bandits!! Get this number blocked!

I had these cowboys round to give me a quote for windows 2 years ago, the person who visited was nice enough and quoted a realistic price, needless to say, I was then put on a call list, the price was reduced significantly by their call center boys, I say boys because that is what they sound like on the phone, young lads, smarmy cocky boys... or Cowboys.

Anyways, I got my windows fitted by another, local company shortly after their visit. Since then I have had many calls from their call center even after repeatedly saying I have had my windows done by another company and asking to be removed from the list, this was a waste of time as they did not listen and just kept calling.

Long story short I was fed up and decided to complain to their associations, eg "Fensa", "Glass and Glazing Federation", "The Glazing Ombudsman" etc.. Its all on their website http://www.safestyle-windows.co.uk/about-us/standards/ . If Safestyle upset these, it is detrimental to their business as they could lose an association. Since my complaint, I received a letter from Safestyle saying I had been removed from their call list, time will tell if they call back or not.
