these muppets been calling me eight times in one day the 19/4/12 and every time they ask can you state your name dob and full address with postcode
my reply is short and simple get stuffed and if you persist in calling me i will have the oft-dti-trading standards-ministry of justice take severe action against you also i will notify my mp for westminster about the way your company is breaking the telecommunications also the data protection act
finally not last i will sue you mushes in court also have the police in leeds come knock on youir door and arrest every bloody one of you'se for harassment intimidation breaching data protection act 1998
and also the telecommunications act for harassment intimidation

these people are making my life hell ringing my house everyday they just will not back off i do not this company any money.

19000k insolvecy court hem and baliffs got £ 500 case,,, wat debt?phone calls .police sorted...in court had no proof of debt..aworded costs...lowll hampton same person didnt pay,,yehhh.. now hav  ccj against them  now gt  ccj gst lowell hampton and baliff went to their dodgy rented office in leeds and ive got £500 holiday money frm them . now suing lowell low lifes for £ 250.000    for dfamation of charector and updating bbc watchdog  lmfao

I get phone calls maybe 3-4 times every day. They ask for someone I've never heard of.  I explained this to them and asked for them to remove my number from their system.
The phone calls didn't stop, as I work constant nightshift I was getting increasingly frustrated. Every time they phoned I just told them to f*** off. Now the sneaky beggars text my landline!!!!

I have had a few recorded messages from this number. No unpaid debts also registered with the tps now going to make a formal complaint about this company and ignore any future calls.

Its lowell finance solutions ie a debt collection agency.  I got a contract with 3 mobile a few years ago the phone they gave my was faulty they did replace it but same thing happend and they would not replace it so I told them I was not willing to pay for a service I was not getting eventually I blocked the direct debit it took them 6 months for them to send sa friendly letter then the day after a reminder then day after somehow lowell got my new number and has been calling 4 to 6 times a week plus atleast 2 letters per week. When they call imediatly they just ask if they can confirm my name when i reply why whats yours all I get is they cant discuss the matter with me because they dont know who i am this has been going on for almost 2 years now i just answer either in a foreing accent or hi thankyou for calling the durex helpline unfortunatly all our advisors are busy you are now placed in a que  your que number is 87  however iv done a bit of research  they buy debt off companies then employ poorly trained pooly manered people to call you  silly [***]

Great to hear, I have some debt but the company i originally owned the money has already signed it off, but these [***] have bought it for probably £1 and trying to make money. Whatever you do do not acknowledge the debt and ignore. :) Ask for the original paperwork in case they find your address..
