If you dont believe what im saying at any point scroll to the bottom and check my links.

Okay so here is the fact 90% of the quotes posted here are done by the owners/receptionist/ and trainers at the companies. There is a mountain of dirt on these companys on google which is covered by spamming their adverts on multiple websites.

Pace Direct, Zee Solutions, South Yorkshire Marketing.  are part of PerDM group, which is owned by cobra, which is owned by sales direct.

Your are not being interviewed you are being recruited, Your self employed, None of the "sales executives" are earning anything near they claim neither are the managers.

If you want to know try google the names, "Justin Cobb Marketing", "Jesse Young Marketing"

or any of the company names you WILL find dirt and the truth.
are part of PerDM group, which is owned by cobra, which is owned by sales direct.

It obviously is a scam; no company website says it all really. What company doesn't have a web-page? A crappy scammy one.

Its an amazing opportunity!!! I know people who have worked there and done really well and made it to management. Do you really think the British Red Cross and other big brands would work with a company that is a scam? Get real. Their type of marketing is not exactly glamorous or fancy but how many 18-25 year olds do you know that make 400+ pounds a week. Not even some of your parents make that. They work hard and earn a living and have loads of fun. I0f you would rather flip burgers for minimum wage, then that's your choice. There are two sides to every story, so don't believe all the negative comments above. If you have a pair then check them out!

Truth to answer your question you dont make £400 a week you get £7 or something stupid per sale you make, its difficult to make even £100 a week, and thats doing it full time. Your better off staying on dole until you find something better as you'll make more money on dole and you dont have to work your [***] off from 9:00am - 10:00pm

Reading these posts is very frustrating! I work for such a company in Essex, and it's the best thing I have ever done! I'm 21 and a fully qualified electrician. So when I left my old employment and made the switch to 100% commision it was a massive decision; but the right one. I have been here just over a month now and I have progressed so much; not just my skill set but also as a person.
Like with any self employment set up, if your not good at the job you wont be earning money. Poor builders don't get the work that good builders get for example. It's exactly the same in the case of PerDM, if you are good at the sales, team building etc then the wages are limitless. In my first week I took home about £7! This is where the weak people, with no courage and a "oh well" attitude would of walked away. I didn't. Now, 5 weeks later I have recieved just shy of £500, not quite electrician standards yet but I have alot more learning and growing to do, and as I do that my income will follow in suit.
Refering to the comment about only recieving £7 per sale...Utter rubbish! For every application I complete I am paid £26, on an office average of 3 a day that's £468 a week. Obviously some days are better than others, but put your faith in the proven law of averages thoery and it all equals out.

Just a quick note to the parents commenting on this subject. Please don't judge something you haven't experienced, just because your son or daughter did not enjoy the experience and failed to see the opportunity it does not mean it is a bad avenue to take as a life choice :)

Have worked for the same company in Manchester under the name 'Bradford Marketing'. Complete scam. Having become a team leader there I can safely say that the 'interview' process is a sham, they are just trying to convince you to work for them. They would take everyone on if it were up to them.

I was working on the talk-talk campaign. Involved door to door sales around areas of manchester. You had to pay for all travel and food costs yourself and the role was 100% commission. Not a glamorous job and expect lots of abuse. I was the number 2 seller in the UK and made over £300 per week, however i worked around 70 hours, so it worked out that I made something like £4 per hour.

Not worth getting out of bed for.

They are good con artists, DONt beleif the hype, i and dont worry i got a better job after being hired by them for 2 days, the guy who interview me also used to work for them, we had a laugh about it, and he told me he worked there for 2 months got about 400s over all and that he found the team bonding abit wierd, he then told me to forget what they say be myself and dont work commision for charitys

Just a quick one guys as I'm off to work soon...... Not with these cowboys mind you.

100% steer clear of these people, they have many many names and evedently are all owned by Cobra.

The way it works and how you will make it to 'managers' grade in 4 weeks is as follows....

You and 5-8 others will meet a 'manager' at head office or a convinent (for them) location, usually a train or bus station, will be given a clip board and some papers to sign up new customers, this could be credit cards (mbna) charities (seeing eye dogs) or telecommunications etc etc

you work on commision only for lets say every custom you get to sign up for a new credit card the total commision from mbna will be £20.
Heres the sh!te bit,  £10 to the company, £5 to the office for expenses and leads etc, £2.50 to your manager ( what, you dont think mangers earnt by selling did you? And then you are left with a nice tidy sum of £2.50.

Now heres the deal. If you can last earning a pittence for a month or two, with out moaning and with out any financial towards fuel, food, travel etc then you will be given the next batch of gullible recruits, from which you may, if there any good, just about earn min wage per week.

This kind of setup has been ongoing for years now but is only just becoming more public knowlage due to the UKs job and financial market, they will be honest with you and tell you how it works......... Right befor then ask you to take 4 people to the Parkgate shopping centre in Rotherham and stand in argos begging people to give money via direct debit to needy kids in africa. A good/greedy/dis-honest manager will also teach you how to lie/bend the truth just enough to get enough details from the customer so that at the point they tell you to 'do one' you have enough info to process the paperwork anyway and still get paid!!!!

If, after this there are still any doubters I be back later today to answer your questions.

And if you are wondering how I could know all of this for sure, I work for talktalk in Manchester and after 100,000's of complaints from our new cutomers that they had no idea how or why they are now a talktalk customer but do remember being approched in a retail park about broadband about 6 weeks ago or so, I was part of the team that investigated these kind of companies to see how they were selling our product, and trust me me, no hard working honest person I know would ever want to get mixed up with these people!!!

Just go. They thrive on stupid idiots who don't know the name of the company they are going to have an interview with. You'll fit in well as you knock on doors for 12 hours a day selling shite and scams.

i have been doing this job for 12 weeks now and what i have realised is that the people who cant hack it and sit and complain are mostly fat idiots. lately i have been taking people out in interviews and i swear like at least 5 people's grans have 'died' since i started. yous really need to get a grip if you cant even do a wee dood to door sales job. plus why would you even go to an interview not knowing what the company dose? and dont say 'oh they dont have a web site because there arehunndreds like this to show you what its like

I had an interview with this company on Friday afternoon Friday evening they rang saying I had been shortlisted for a second interview (12pm-8pm) on the Monday. Now to be honest my interview went really poorly, I didn’t know a clue about the company and I said that to the interviewer. There is no way with a real company if I said that they would take me on. Its now the weekend, and im sat here thinking it all makes sense now. When i asked in the interview what they did the person dodged the question. the question is do i go in on Monday or not?
