I got a call from this number. The person said he is from telkom. He was selling me a special telkom call package. Its quite annoying cos i first got 2 missed calls last week, one leaving what seems like a generic sales message. I then got 5 missed calls in an hour from this number when my phone was on silent. I tried calling it last week and today but it goes to voicemail. I eventually took the call on the sixth call today and told them to stop calling.

Such an annoying persistent telemarketer

It asked if we need a landline and I said maybe. You can ask my mama and he asked for her number and gave him. He called her and asked for her ID. She gave him and they sent congrats..

I have been overseas for 3 weeks and have received 22 missed calls from this number, rings once and then it's gone. No use trying to call back.
If it's Telkom, anyone know who to contact so they'll stop calling?

Exactly same thing happened to me.

I got a call from this number yesterday and when I answered it went dead. Tried to call back several times but nothing happens. Please stop this number as I have seen sooooo many people have a problem with this number
