Had a call at 627am today was not amused,is anyone doing anything about nuisance calls,

Checked phone today and this number apparently tried ringing me at 8.35pm friday but I sat next to phone then ans never heard ring. When looked on last number recorded that called it shows 07979787871

This number keeps making nuisance calls.  It is a man with an Indian accent the calls are at times like  7.45am.  I too am registered with tps and will complain.  I have been registered  for years, but calls still come through regularly.  It is a waste of time. When I tried to get information about who he works for he put the phone down but rings again and again.

Called at 5.01 am......No reply.

called at 5am and just hung up

rang at 2am 1 ring then hang up but at such an hour is it really needed

Calls still coming in from this number in Jan 2024.  I was out at the time and no message left on VM so have now blocked it.  TPS does not work as the call actually originates outside of the UK and the number is just spoofed.
