Curious call indeed. This was from the "Energy Initiative", specifically a female voice named "China"(?) that tried to get me to discuss  / reduce my bills, much like the infamous EDF Energy caller doing the rounds at present. I refused and just rang off.

Another weekend, and another week of calls from this number. To say that they are persistent is an understatement; I have had at least five calls from them this week alone. Apparently, this is connected with some sort of "Government Energy Initiative" (?), which may or may not be genuine. Caution advised with this; If it's too good to be true...
