Got phone call from caller with Asian accent, telling me that my comptuer was running slow due to malware, etc. He wanted me to open up my PC. I asked who worked from - he told me Microsoft, then Windows.
When I asked some more questions, he hung up, however my girl-friends laptop (using the same router) is now detecting trojans. Lucjily her anti-virus is picking these up and she is deleting them.
How do we report this to the police? Microsoft? Or our ISP? It seems there is no easy way to report these things.

This shower use 01213,also 01304,01111 .Caller ID flashes the numbers up and I just press answer,then end call.The calls stopped after 3 days and not seen the number since.

the telephone number 0121 314 0003 called us at 5.27am waking us up with a start.When checking later to try and find out who was calling it first rang and then went to unobtainable and now is unobtainable.

Two weeks running from 01213140001 at 7.30am! I dont pick up and no message is left, surprise surprise! How on earth do we stop these?!! I am ex-directory, how do they get my mumber?

called from this number at 6.44am not able to call it back ,who are they and im ex direct so how did they get it

Call from 01213140002 at 3:55 am 7/3/12 - thought there must be a family emergency, very annoyed when the call stopped just before I got to the phone.  I assumed it was some sort of cold call or scam, and it looks like I might be right.

Called from 01218251150 a couple of times. First call there was no reply but second time it was 'Benjamin' wanting to talk about problems with my computer. I hung up. Wish there was somwhere to report this and close these people down.

You can also add this number 0121 302 2030 to your list of nuisance calls.
If I ever answer it the other end goes dead.
Such a pain!

When I got home on Thursday I had a missed call from 01213, so they are still in business.

3 calls this week from 01213 277679. I own a cafe and they ask to speak to manager, when I say they're not in they just hang up!

I am disabled & had a call from 01213333534. When I answered their was no one there & I am ex directory.Tried ringing back & its not available. Who are they?

again recieving constant calls from 01213 145321 just had 5 calls one after the other now totals aprox 40 calls since 14th of Feb on my mobile ..not counting calls to my land line

This was a silent call.When we said hello there was no answer. IDIOTS need to get a life!

Too many calls from this number......always about computer faults......tell them you are using an Apple machine......stops them talking instantly.......alternatively keep them talking for ages.....make out you don't understand and keep asking for repeats of all instructions......drives them crazy!......quite good fun if you have time to waste!
