I typed the number in google an found everyones comments an glad i found them, im in the same situation. Applied for a brochure on wednesday and since then iv had 2 to 3 calls a day. Dint want to answer because didnt no the number, i did think it could be the harley medical place but i dnt want to talk to them as im not sure bout the treatment thats why only ordered a brochure!  If there pesturing everyone like this its not the place i wanna go!!!

It's The Harley Medical Group in Birmingham. I requested a call back yesterday, and they called me on this number (different to the one on their website) today.

I called them back told them to reel it in alittle as 3 to 4 calls a day is excessive!!
She was a little offish but said she would make a note on the system but may still get the usual 3 or 4 calls today whilst the system updated! lol ...... too salesy for my liking - I wouldn't use them now after that anyway.

Oh my god this is so bad!! I could not believe it when I typed the num in google and saw all these messages from other people getting hounded!! This is really really not acceptable. I only requested a brochure yet I have just ignored my 8th call of the day from this number!! Shocking.
Does anyone know who you can complain to about this because without sounding melodramatic its complete harassment!! This is my one day off out the week and there calls have interrupted my plans and effected my batt life. I to did not give them any permission to contact me via phone!

Same! I totally agree i think this harssment is disgusting and even though I was unsure if i wanted any surgery i know now for 100% FACT I will not be using the harley medical group!!
They have gone about this all wrong like a dodgy car salesman who wouldnt even bother you as much as this. Its really not on! As i stated before too i was shocked to see how many people thought the same they should be on watch dog or something lol & again i did NOT give them permission to contact me via my phone num.

I didnt want to answer the call either, as i am very seldom alone and something as big an issue as surgery is very private and delicate to discuss with someone from a call centre calling you up 7 times a day (pestering) without you expecting that its going to be about that! This isnt good customer service or 'follow ups' at all its pushy and totally ignorant to peoples privacy! I dont care who you are you cannot call half of these phone calls follow ups just because somoene has requested a brochure!! Its really personal and they clearly are sales people... Wouldnt trust them with my body now for all the money in the world!!!

had the same thing. have just had to ring to tell them not to pester me! you would think that not answering your phone 4 times a day for a week was a big hint I didnt want to talk to them. Apparently its automated to ring and ring until you answer!

It's the Harley Medical Group ...I called the number and they answered promptly.  When I asked why they kept calling she said it would have been to arrange for a consultation .... so I asked why they hung up every time I answered to which she said it must be an IT fault and she would report it ...... this fault must have been in existence for years judging by the number of posts on here! I think it must be one of these numbers that charge the caller.

I made an online enquiry, despite asking them not to call me, they have called every day since.

I had calls from this number few times a day for few weeks now.

this number keeps calling me and i dont knopw who it is.

I requested a brochure from these guys last week and am now getting 6 missed calls a day from them - even on a sunday!!!! grrrrrrr!!!!
