The same woman, with an English accent, has called, on a number of occasions, with the same speech about 'energy advisor', 'when was your loft last insulated', 'loft insulation being out of date and with hindsight.....', etc. No idea what the end game is as I've previously answered her questions and convinced her that I do not need any work but she continues to call every few months. So now I tell her she's rung before then end the call. Bloody nuisance!
