I had a call off this number today and luckily all my calls are recorded so I know exactly what was said. It was an automated call with a female Australian accent "Hi You were called by Grainsafe regarding our products and services. Unfortunately we are unable to put you through to an agent right now, one of our advisors, we'll give you a call back soon, however if you would like to get in contact sooner ??? please give us a call back and one of our advisors will be able to assist you."    Apparently Grainsafe is a thermometer for testing the temperature of grain - could be a wrong number but makes a change from Microsoft with an internet problem.
