    Local Energy Advisor about loft insulation. Asked if I would like a free inspection but I didn't answer. Long silence then the woman said Hello? and when I answered Hello she said "Are you the home owner then?" I said I never answer questions from a cold call and she said "No worries, I'll call you back later"!   I am pretty sure this was a recording and not a real person.
