Just had a call off this number from a foreign-sounding Marcus supposedly from BT who had been monitoring my internet and someone had changed my  ip address from private to public blah blah. I let him carry on for a while and then told him that I didn't have my internet with BT but with another internet provider that was full fibre to my house but he still said that the main private connection is still connected with BT not the fibre connection. Finally he decided he wasn't getting anywhere and even said "have a good day from the hackers!"
