keep getting calls from this number . they will not say who they are untill you tell them your address and and national insurence nuber . along with d.o.b.

They are from CapQuest Debt Recovery, companies such as Vodafone and O2 use them

They are H L Legal solicitors, in association with Sampson & Co

Refer to the debt collection industry forums on the Consumer Action Group website, where this company and its dirty tricks are well known, are discussion often, and contains great advice on how to see them off.

Also, HL Legal lets other companies 'rent' its letterhead out, specifically other collection agencies (ie Capquest) who want to put the frighteners on people.  They have their own website that freely admits this.
