Pest? Crank call? We haven't bothered to read any previous posts, have we? Care to tell us why not?

I have a family member who is currently dealing with a complaint about 2 members of staff, called my number today after I had rang PALS but cannot get through on this number.  Seems they dont take data protection seriously be careful guys. My family member was abused in the street by a drunken staff member ( divulging her recent admission to all and sundry) and partner pretends to be a pediatrician at this hospital.

01254 732000 is the generic number used in identifying Numbers from East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust and Royal Blackburn, Burnley General Accrington and Clitheroe Hospitals

You can't call this number back as it is for outgoing calls only but your appointment card/letter should have the relevant contact numbers on.

If you do not have a number then call the switchboard on 01254 263555 to be put through to the relevant department/team.

Ring everyday....must have about 20 messages about a survey.....ridiculous
