This is the North Hampshire Hospital in Basingstoke.

Call is trusted source but cant call back. They dont leave a message and if they send a text the only say about your appointmet but never where it is. Mine can be in any of 3 hospitals 17 or 24 miles away in different dirtections. Texts say refer to letter- as it it is to hand or you even got it.  They are genuine but they DO NOT help confirm unless you are fully aware of it anyway. And you cant call them back.

Keep ringing and never leave voice message and can't return the call.

I have contacted the hospital, they say it’s an automated call,  usually a week before procedures carried out by them.

if these calls that do not even accept an answer are about appoinments, how do we know what time/date the appoinment is?  Small wonder so many bookings are a 'no show' waste of time.

calls recieved from 01256319899 on land line and mobile no idea who called unable to return call

These genuine callers need to realise that automated calls will not be answered due to excessive scamming.

No message left and I do not routinely answer unidentified calls.

If it is from North Hampshire Medicos perhaps they should do one the courtesy of leaving a message.

If you ring them back it says "the number you dialed belongs to Hampshire Hospital NHS Foundation Trust." Very frustrating because it could be about my appointments, upcoming operations or my dad's treatment etc.

I have the same problem, any of 3 hospitals or could even be about my father !
