I got a call from this number too...it was sooo weird!!

There have called me a number of times and when you answer the line goes dead.  This time they stayed on the line - IT IS A SALES CALL RE LOANS AND CRIDIT CARD INSURANCE.  I think, but I got fed up with them before they reached the punch line and asked for money.

Had a call from this number and when I answer they hang up. Why? What's the point? Does anybody know if we can stop this people ringing us?

They rung me today and hung up when I answered, when I returned the call a message says your call is important please hold, I think you can report these calls to oftel, if a few people report it then they may get it stopped.

Rang this company back today it was  excellent they helped me clear some debts, cleared the balance on my CC for me.

Just had a call from this number. When I picked up the phone there was no one there.

I have just received a call from said number, but they didn't connect or answer me..... but I will try and block them

Have had god knows how many calls from this number, up to 5 a day. Each time i answer it's either quiet on the other end or they hand up ! starting to get annoyed at tis so have reported it to ofcom. just hope it  stops !

Just had the rudest call from this number. Hung up on me when I said we weren't interested in what they had to offer and just assumed I was married (referring to me as a Mrs because the number is registered in my bf's name). They would just have to call back to speak to the Mr was the answer I got. shish

Called them back to report that we do not wish a callback and got another rude person on the line. Report them if you can!

Yet again 4 calls already to day rom this munber, have told them to stop calling but, no, they just don't listen. Have reported to ofcom (again) getting really sick of it

They are a company called REDRESS - and apparently I made an enquiry and thats why they called me. I soo didn't.

This company has phoned several times,caller was asian speaker and I had difficulty understanding what he was talking about,I thought he was asking about credit cards,I said I was registered with TPS but he said as they were not selling a product they can phone us

had call from this number my son answered as our phone is in his name, they asked for me son said i was out and could he give me a message but they refused to say who was calling, so my son asked where they got his number from and why was they ringing his phone to speak to me, he said to them that he paid the bill and he was the phone owner and if they used his phone for their business in connection with someone other than himself that he would put in an official complaint to the appropriate authorities, They hung up.Ha Ha   I hope we wont hear from them again PS they have rang before and they was asking if i had been sold insurance for a bank lone that i had about ten years ago so we recognised the number.  I love it when i give them some polite abuse

its normally a computer that calls automatically then hangs up this happens several times  at different times of day and evening to see when and if you answer this generates the best times  and days when your most likely to be in for one of these tele sales to eventually call you. I personally would note the number wait til you do get some one then tell them your going to report them, but be polite sound as if your interested then get their name  and the company first, then let loose and tell them what your going to do and you will use their name etc. good luck hope it works

They have tried calling several times but as I don't recognise the number I rarely answer, however today, I am off work sick and didn't have my caller ID phone by me and answered.  Couldn't understand the caller that well but she went on about credit cards and insurance and understood I had a credit card.  WRONG!!!  Not had a credit card for years - if I can't afford it in cash I can't afford it in credit so I don't bother with them.  I told her she was incorrect and never to call my number again and then hung up.  I've reported them to Telephone Preference Service too.

I have had 4 calls from them today, when I called them back they were a company called Redress, saying they can clear your debts etc.

I've complained to tps about them they were very rude
