Who are these people? 5 calls today. I called back anonymously and couldn't make head nor tail of what they said "sally travers" is what it sounded like. I had to call 3 times with the mute on to get that much... still it annoyed them which is a bonus.

Had a few missed calls from this number, phoned them back and think they are someone called "Finance Orders". Nothing on google with this name though. I hung up straight away.

These people are trying to sell you a PayDay loan or something similar - they are called Finance Solvers!

Got a text message from this number today (7th June 2011 11am). The message states:

"We have your LOAN app and you need to call us TODAY on 01282855388 to finalise your application. To opt out txt stop."

I applied for no such loan and I ignored it and did not text stop.

i got a text a min ago the same as Mr Annoyed and i ignored it and deleted the message......ive never applyed for a loan, best to IGNORE THESE TEXS ITS PROBABLY A SCAM....

My wife received a text with the following words..............

"We have your LOAN app and you need to call us TODAY on 01282855388 to finalise your application. To opt out txt stop."

We haven't applied for a loan, but concerned about identity theft. Didn't reply or text back 'stop'

I also received a txt mess.about a loan today but i never apply for one .The fact is that also my husb.received one the same and was kind scarry!!!! It must be a strange coincidence but still wondering from where they have the both phone nr?

Had the same text 'We have your LOAN app. and you need to call us TODAY on 01282 855388 to finalise your application. To opt out txt stop'. They have been texting me for a while about unclaimed compensation etc. Best thing to do to get it to stop is report them to Ofcom for Fraud :

Text came from the number '07594234795' but chances are they use many different numbers, so just report any associated with them. Wouldn't reply to any messages as you are likely to get charged a lot of money for it. Nothing to worry about.

I got atext saying same thing, where the hec did they get my mob num? i never give it out to people i do not know at all. i am reallly angry and of course will ignore it...would the mobile network be giving out numbers?

I received a text saying that they have my loan app and that i needed to call this number to finalise it.or to opt out by  texingt stop I havnt applied for a loan so definately cold call/scam number. The text was from 07594234683.

Just got a txt about a loan application as mentioned by other people and was very worried for a few minutes as I am on an IVA and so not allowed to apply for any more credit.

Couldn't find any internet reference for the number it was sent from (+447956499717) nut a search for this number which was contained in the txt led me to here......and relief.

Glad for once that it is a scam......and not someone applying for credit in my name!!

Had a text to say that they have my loan application and call us today etc. have not applied for one. How did they get my number? Has my network provider sold personal information about me? Such a worry. The mobile number that texted is 07956499717

i got a phone cal from this number 01282855388 (5) times they are getin realy annoying i have just been rejecting them i have also been gettin strange calls from 07961138350 a few times too

who the heck are they scamming with this. no real business would use capitals like they do. i don't give a toss but where did they get the number from. or are they trying them randomly?

Got the same Txt as other people today. Did not reply, just deleted. Suggest U do the same.

Hi my wife got this text this morning. she has phoned her provider who has told her they will block the number and ring her back and advised her under no circumstances to ring or reply. I would advise everyone who gets this text to do the same.
