Called by this company today. Webahead internet ltd of Darlington. A Michael Purvis claiming that my current web design company are doing a bad job for me and he used to work for them and we should join webahead internet etc etc. Total scammer , told me a load of lies about how my site doesnt rank properly and that i am violating google rules ! (im number 2 on the first of google and yahoo). Google webahead internet ltd and see the amount of complaints they have against them

Just been called my webahead internet claiming Scoot are not doing my website properly and I should pay them instead ! SCAMMERS! caught the chap on the phone out when he claimed one of my rivals was his customer who was very happy. The rival he mentioned happened to be my sister in law, who, ironically, has never heard of them.
I have called Scoot and reported Webahead internet and they have confirmed that they have heard of this outfit as they are using their directory to call from, which is illegal by all accounts. Steer clear

Just spoke with webahead internet. Im with AMCS internet (all sound the same dont they) Im not particularly unhappy with AMCS but webahead would not have this and were trying their best to get me to google their reviews online and see how many unhappy customers they have. So, I have just googled Webahead internet and found this page ! amongst others as well - one poor soul who has paid them tens of thousands of pounds and felt hes been ripped off.! safe to say I am staying where I am and when they call me back for me card I will be advising them of this review as well

very agressive pushy person that was trying to say amcs internet have scammed me because my site is not good or mobile adapted, called amcs and they advised that it is mobile. basically webahead internet were trying to scam me

SCAM wish I had never left Yell and gone with these clowns £800 down the pan !

My review of webahead internet ltd is not positive, After just speaking with them and them showing me freeindex I personally took it upon myself to call 3 people that they claim to have created fantastic websites that inundate the firm with enquiries. Not one person who they claimed was an example said that they knew who webahead internet were.

Webahead Internet complaints are few and far between. They are actually ranked 6th in the UK out of over 7300 web design companies on Free Index.

I am Dale Jefferies managing director of Webahead Internet Ltd. Our company is totally legitimate and I do not believe for one second that any of these complaints are genuine at all. I believe these comments are coming from our competitors that are losing business to ourselves through miss management of their customers.

The main reason for this is the fact we actually moved premises in January of this year (2015) and have not used 01325 345840 since December 2014. They have got that number because we hadn't updated our Google maps account.

I have never heard of the companies mentioned in any of these comments and the comments are so close together tells me this is to slander our company and disrupt our business.

There are also bad reviews on other website's made on the same day. This is very bad business etiquette!

but dale you and your minions are all calling webworks customers though arent you. i have lost count the amount of people weve spoke with that your team have called and got them to move. your just calling customers from other web firms, no one actually approaches you lot for business

Look you aren't from Webworks, we get along just fine with webworks, scoot and all the other agencies you have mentioned.

I know exactly who is writing all of these comments as do Webworks and scoot as I have had a conversation with them this morning.

Give yourself a rest, stop embarrassing yourself, start doing business properly and provide good customer care and you would not be losing and continue to lose business to ourselves.

I whole heartedly agree with the above negative reviews.

Our experience with Web Ahead has been extremely painful from start to finish and we are still fighting to have the website that we payed for. In my experience this is not a web design agency, but instead a sales office.

Please could you respond on here with your domain names you have registered with us. It is in your best interests as I will try my best to rectify the situation and compensate anything that we are at fault for.

If you do not reveal yourself then I think we can take these comments as fake.

We treat every customer with the utmost care and attention.
If we have a customer that is unhappy I will deal with any complaint in the most professional and efficient way possible.

Please people, take a look at the supposed names of the creators of these reviews. "horseboxes", "ray-ve on", "Mrs Hinkle" We are currently being harrassed by a rival company who sole intention is to sabotage our excellent reputation.

If you want solid reviews then go to freeindex, every review has to be vetted properly. "Jane" already tried to leave one at the weekend and it was removed as it was suspected as being fake.

Who's "we've" Rayve-on???.... Ridiculous behaviour!! Every one of these comments have come from you under different pseudonym's.

I still don't like the sound of your company and will never conduct business with them.

Hi dale I am most definitely a dissatisfied customer, a genuine one. I have emailed your company today you have my details in the intrests of fairness I won't air this online. Please give me a call and I will explain why but based upon my experience I can see how other the comments above may be genuine.

Was with Webahead for 18 months. The service received was simply appalling.
Some very simple requests just never activated. Have transferred our business to a local company and now have some faith restored. I cannot recommend Webahead.
