    01377665505 und 01377665516. Angerufen am 23.7.10 um 13:03 und 13:01, am 22.7.10 um 13:45, am 21.7.10 um 19:07. Habe leider 2x zurückgerufen. Wehrt sich jemand und kann man sich anschließen (Sammelklage)?

    Sammelklagen gibt es in Deutschland nicht; eine juristische Erläuterung steht hier auch irgendwo.
    Auskunft über diese teure Rückrufnummer (100 Cent) gibt nach § 55 TKG die Bundesnetzagentur.

    Got a call on the 21.7.10 at 13:30 and was shown as a call in absence. I didnk´t know what it was and pushed the call back button.
    A voice answered saying thanks for calling, your vote is registered. ... I didn´t vote for anything. But this call cost ´s 1,50 €

    Who knows about the riboff  and how can I protect myself from it.
