The guy call me with this number +496940059 and tell me he is calling from British Energy Council and his contact number is 01414160846.
This guy has my business details and know I am paying by which bank etc.
He told me that my business is out of energy contract and so sure I am definately out of contract, and he told under the legislation I have to have a contract for my business energy etc.
I try to contact my current supplier but they are closed today - unable to clarify (I have sent message and hopefully someone reply me). Actually my new contract just start Dec 2013 (although my paper contract not yet received).
I don't know who is this guy and don't understand why Energy council will call me and tell me that I am out of contract, feel a bit weird. even though I am out of contract, I am the one who paying the higher tariff and not break the law either, am I right?
Just want to find out who actually is called me? why this guy know my details? will he play tricks on my details including my bank?? (I did not give my bank information, but not sure how much details he knew).

The guys are master criminals, they pretend to be working for EON AND OPUS etc... Also sometimes they use a name called DIRECT ENERGY SERVICES. Which does not exist. Fed up with these clowns ringing. They are abusive and swear when you try to get them off the phone. Be aware!! 01414160846

Ya, I received a call today as well said that they from eon. I just take over the business 1 month ago and all my gas and electricity contract done. Some 1 from 02081441781 try to call me said that they need to verify and read the team and conditions on the phone with me and tell me the changes of the price as well. So it is not right. So for my secure, I say I need to call to eon company directly see what is going on before go through with this guy.
