This call is from Einsurance. (Ecar / Ebike etc)

After having used an insurance comparison site, without giving out my number, I got a telephone call from 01454634810!  When people call me, it's by invitation, if I don't invite them to call me, then they get left sitting on a desk until they eventually get sick and hang up.

Same here, used comparethemarket.com site and had a missed call today- it shall stay a missed call as i don't reply to telesales shite!

What makes me laugh is that e-insurance don't have telephone customer services.  When you want to talk to them it has to be online. But when they want you to continue giving them money, they suddenly have phones.

Silent phone call, not automated as I could hear movement. Guessed it would be a company. hoping they phone again, have much to say: DO NOT INSURE WITH ECAR!!!!!!!!, THEY ARE ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!!!. If you add RAC breakdown to your policy, you will be paying for something you will not get, they do not connect it to your insurance because to do so ecar must pay a fee!. There is no customer service telephone number and they will ignore all your emails..... so hope this company phones back!.

if it is ecar then its the company near the severn bridge in aust called brightside.  they operate many names under that company such as ecar, evan, ebike etc.

this number is asda car insurance complaints department as ive just recieved a call from them as im in the process of cancelling my policy with asda insurance for adding 300 onto my policy for something that ive try'd to explain the courts through out lc80 offence as i was driving under my channel island licence and i was charged with not changing to english in required time but i informed the court that why do i need to change a guernsey licence to uk when guernsey is british isles and they agreed. yet asda still try to up policy even though no fine,points or ban for offence as was not dealt with but still cant get of licence until oct even though exspired last year

I had a call from Ecar on this number too. They were auditing car insurance i had taken up. They tried to find something i had entered incorrectly and eventually told me I had 2 car accidents this year reported on a claims database. These were in fact my flatmates at the same address which I explained. They then cancelled my policy and told me I was blacklisted with them - I am furious!! I would stay well away from ECar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I answered but they hung up. I am on the telephone preference service so don't know if they suddenly realised which may of made them hang up.
