The caller said they were located in Dorset although the telephone number is Liverpool. They said it was about grants for solar panels, I asked was there a limit to the amount of income to get a grant, she went silent then back onto the script I asked again she went silent then I said forget your script answer my question its simple enough. She said she was not a robot, I said but you are following a script, just answer my question its simple enough, she replied its about solar panels, yes I know but if its a grant what are the conditions, she decided to give up and ended the call pleasantly.

Only people who use our landline are virtually 100% scam calls so we do not answer them !!
Checking number later it was  01514541961 -  so Liverpool and obviously  SCAM !!
