This guy called me twice this morning, within minutes of each other. First time rang off as soon as the answerphone started, then the second time he did listen to a bit of the answerphone, but didn't leave any message.

Why is a debt collector calling me? With the exception of my mortgage I don't know anyone anything; literally!

It's very worrying in these days of identity theft to get calls from someone like this. If they've just misdialled, why would they ring twice?

They called me twice too - single sing the first time, then 20 seconds later a longer ring which went to voicemail - no message
They have no reason to call me, so I didn't call them back

Got a similar phone call today asking for my finance

called about a fuel debt as my card was not accepted as different reg, paid a couple of days later , still getting calls from them..
