I've also just had a call from this number. I didn't recognise it so didn't bother to answer it.

As someone else discovered, the company is "T3 Direct" and they are a Mail Order firm for mobiles, and indeed they have a Kilmarnock address. See here:- http://www.t3direct.co.uk/

They're also using a non-geographic number - 0871 424 6012

Interestingly, they claim to be "Specialists for 4 UK Networks" :- O2, Orange 3 and Vodafone. So it would probably explain why they're randomly spamming T-Mobile-issued numbers in the hope of persuading people to switch to one of the other networks. The claim that they know when your contract expires is, I suspect is completely spurious and merely a ploy to get you talking about your existing contract.

Their "Social Charter" commences with the words:
"T3 Direct and T3 Direct networks are companies that stands for high morale’s, values and appropriate business ethics."

Presumably this covers the practice of making unsolicited nuisance phone calls?

Got a call late last night, missed the call. Rang back using 141 and a man picked up saying T something and i hung up? Who are these ppl? And how do they get hold of your number? Does it cost to answer the calls or something? It was the same 01563 556 366

I am with T mobile.
This was a call from 3 Mobile informing me that my contract is due to expire.
My contract has expired.
When I told the rude Scotish man I am not buying anything he just put the phone down.

I once rang a scottish restaurant for a deep fried mars bar is this how they got my number?

got 2 missed calls with this number, i have yet to answer it, but by the osunds of it is a bit dodgy,
dont answer.

They rang me on the 25/11/08 offering me a new contract, but when I asked them where they got my information from they refused to say anything except to give their details as:
