opus energy business electricity suppliers, not a good company, dont deal with then if you can help it.

don't know where you get those comments from - I have been dealing with Opus Energy now for 4 months, great company to deal with always return any contacts made and follow up - but most importantly - they quote some fantastic prices against the so called big boys.

It's opus energy (my own energy supplier) asking if I want a smart meter for my gas supply. I've been with them for 5 years and this is the first time they've ever called so not a harassing call. Spoke to a very pleasant lady.

they never quoted me any prices , but set up a direct debit on my bank account after falsley getting my details telling me they were OVO (my supply company)  I have a prepayment meter for a start also this is my residential property they were trying to set up. I have had no emails/ letters stating they were taking over my gas/Electricity they just took it upon themselves to set up direct debits, When they 1st called they told me they got all my details including my Phone number from Companies House (my phone number is not shown on Companies House) , I don't doubt that they could be a good company but they go about things very illegally. The 1st person that called me had my meter numbers on calling ovo that night i was informed they should never have had these (so obviously bought them somewhere illegally)
