Same. Got a call, who are they?

Its a company called church hill finance trying sell loans  , they ring me over 5 times a day, i blocked a number they were calling me from, but now theyre using this one.

believe they could be churchwood finance,although when someone did speak after several silent calls they did say they are churchhill finance, i am not after aloan from churchwood or any other company.

14 times in one day they called despite me asking them not to call again, they also use autocallersd, so lots of silent calls, so don't touch theses clowns with a bargepole

Received a call from this company asking to speak to "Sean". Told the man he had wrong number. He said mine was the number Sean gave - this was just a follow-up call.Man was very apologetic for disturbing me & rang off.
Google gave company details - Churchwood Financial Services Ltd based in Stockport.
They provide a wide range of services from Loans to Debt Collection to debt management.
Company appear genuine.

Asking for Sean may well have been a lead into trying to sell me a loan I think although the conversation never got that far.

This is the 5th call I've had asking 4 Sean - different Tel Numbers - all scams.!!!

It's a financial company who try to sell payday loans to vulnerable people and if they can't get a sale then they pawn you off to their debt management team who try to consolidate your finances for a price what a rip off!! They call on average about 24 times a day between 07:00 AM to 21:00 PM (stupid [***] think they would get the hint!!)

These people keep calling my number claiming that my daughter has asked for a loan. However, she has not asked this particular company for a loan. So it is quite clear that the LoanSharks have a 'suckers' list. Once you ask any one of them for a loan and give your details they sell them onward and you are never left alone.
I threatened to report them to the Information Commissioner for theft of personal information.
If we all report them they will be driven out of this shark business.

Unwanted, unsolicited call from these peope (again). I will do a trace on their number and maybe visit with a bottle to inundate their automatic phone call-making machine. Not champagne but H2SO4.

Constantly rings the house asking for certain names one was chris ,someone needs to put a stop to this shite! try to get you to call back they have now started to leave answer messages..

sick of these arseh0les ringing me, even the TPS is no help. Threatening them with legal action doesn't work either.

I received 5-6 times a day both on my landline and mobile phone from this company eventhough I already told them that I am not interested. I told them to removed me from their list but still ringing me day and night even on weekends.

These people ring me 20-30 times a day for the past week.i hang up, just leave my phone on the side and carry on what i am doing. I even press decline. They are simply an harassing company. Ive started putting my phone on silent as its just annoying me now! Wish they would just get the hint!!!!!

Keep phoning, and when I answer only get clicks, if I don't answer I get an automated message. W*nkers.

God this company is doing my head in. I've told them that I don't want a loan, so please take me off their call list. I work in a very quiet office, just me and my boss, so now I have to have my phone on silent and miss the important calls. When will they stop? I had 22 missed calls and messages left today and it's only 3 PM.

If they phone again tell them you will be reporting them to the FSA and to the Information Commissioner's Office.  Tell them to remove your details from their data base and that if they do 'phone again you have their address and will invoice theme £30 per time for wasting your time.  A man did this recently and took them to court when they did not pay.  He won!!

Churchwood Finance are now calling 4 or 5 times a day every.  The number is on my block list, however the mobile diverts to voicemail where I repeatedly have to go in and delete the same recorded message over and again trying to flog me a loan "after my recent enquiry".  Given that I haven't applied for a loan for 3 years it's clearly an automated spammer and they will be reported to the authorities for harrassing phone calls.
