This number keeps calling, like 20 times a day, it's not debt collection it's harassment, it's a joke and I refuse to pick up. It's Vanquis I think, steer clear of them. They have my address but never write.

Oh My Gosh... 3rd call of the day... to my mobile from a 3rd different number... give me a bloody chance to open my statement people, thought I had a couple of weeks til the due date, not 24 hours. Harrassment should be a crime... or is it??

It's vanquis, who are calling me from mobile numbers and the numbers above, although I don't owe them any money. They have also been sending mail to my old address although they have new one!

keep calling me even though I am up to date with payments. They changed my direct debit and when I cancelled the old one the harrassment started. I hate them

Vanquis, dont believe a word they say, I've had to speak to the manager, despite me being up to date with payments, they have tried to take more than the minium payment then follow this up with their charges at £12 a throw, they think i'm daft..... well managed to get them to refund £50 back onto my account because of their messing about, but will have to see if this really happens...... also do they know how to subtract??? well lets see if you can work the maths because they cant..... £62.16 minus £24 equals £38.16 they worked it as £42.16 so they asked if I will make a payment of £42.00, which I rang up on the date given to pay and went through it all, to then be told I only need to pay £22.16?????? so I paid them £30 a bit extra just in case..... and you guessed it noooo this wasnt the amount they wanted they want £63.16..........so I've come to the conclusion the right hand doesnt know what the left is doing and that they cant read write or do simple maths!!!!!

Vanquis call me 10 times a day from different numbers. I dont even owe them any money...

same here call me at 8 in the morni on my house phone ,and them on my moblie phone ..i got ten different number firom vanquis got 2 fone so i only answer the one so vanqis is wasting there time ringing me

Calls me on both my mobile and home phone about 8 times a day, and i only got my mobile a few weeks ago with a new number. Annoying thing with this is that I don't even have an account with them! I have never taken out a loan from this company or any other company, and I don't owe any one any money! They send letters to my home address telling me that i have been pre-selected for a loan and credit card and to call them now to get it, but I never have and I never will! It's just not good! Also my number is on TPS register so they shouldn't be phoning me anyway if they are trying to get me to take out a loan! It's worrying that they have both my phone numbers and my address but I don't know how i can stop them from calling! Annoying!

The number 01612227943 keeps ringing my mobile, I rang vanquish and told them I DO NOT have a vanquish card and they must have the wrong number,yet they still keep ringing me! Its a joke, 5 times within an hour off the same number! Ar*eholes

This is ridiculous I now have 40 different numbers for these idiots!!!!

its most def Vanquis-i paid them on time last month but owing to a "computer error"the payment didnt go through til a day later-so they charged me a late fee etc meaning instead of me owing them £24 i ended up owing nearly £50-through no fault of my own!!They hounded me again and again all of last week-i wasnt able to take their calls as i was in hospital recovering from a fairly serious operation-i was eventually able to answer one of their calls when i got home and was met with the most rude,arrogant woman ive ever had the misfortune to talk to -she was so so rude,kept telling me i was in arrears etc that id better do something about it etc-when i tried to explain that a)id just come out of hospital and b)the mistake was on their part ,she was downright nasty-if i knew where to complain to i would most definitely-avoid their calls,answer at your peril!
