    Dickinson House - Revealed

Below I have listed all of the Scam businesses which operate from this address:

    20 Dickinson House
    Dickinson Street
    Manchester
    M1 4LX

All of these companies are members of the PerDM Group.

Google PerDM and you can view the gravity of the situation.

Every single one of these businesses is fraudulent in their job advertising, and operate with door to door, events, or business to business based sales.

All roles are 100% commission based, and will have you as self employed.

Outsource Ten Limited - Company No. 06510166 - Brett Heyes (Managing Director)

Primus UK [Can trade under UK Acquisitions] - Company No. 05710717 - Richard Clark (Managing Director)

Bourbon Creations - Company No. 07227566 - Hilary Beard (Managing Director)

Bradford Marketing/Bradford Outsource - Company No. 06861342 - Jake Bradford (Managing Director)

AC Generations/LJR Marketing - Company No. 07253114 - Lawrence Randall (Managing Director)

Frontline Events - Company No. 05057461 - Gillian O'Brien (Managing Director)

Manchester Interactive Marketing - Company No. 07311226 - Gilles Baudet (Managing Director)

4ward Promotions - Company No. 06828994 - Lydia Ward (Managing Director)

Also, keep an eye out for the Assistant Managers who operate under these names!

    Charlie Winder
    Vinayak Pant
    Roger Barrington
    Philip Alexander
    Neil Andrews
    William Stone
    Darren Campbell
Kyle (not sure of his last name, but looks like he takes every drug known to man)
    Kim Daly

These are all of the 'Managers' that I am aware of. I spent two weeks going for interviews with each of these businesses, and it is the same interview, explaining the progression towards management.

All of these people are dodgy as hell, and will con you into money and all sorts. Apparently Roger Barrington has a habit of borrowing money from people and never returning it!!

And Lawrence Randall, Phil Alexander, Will Stone, and that Kyle are all connected and 'party hard' with coke. Seriously BEWARE. LJR & AC Generations are total scams, and even where investigated by ASA (advertising authority) and had their adverts shut down.

Be careful each and every one of you!

Along with 20 Dickenson House and 419 Peter Street both Manchester, this appears to be a door 2 door sales job on 100% commission!
Ive recently applied for Jobs for Customer Service and had 5 replies from companies operating from the above locations, this number is for TC World 41-45 Great Ancoats Street, Manchester, M4 5AE.

Again from this number (5 calls today from different companies) have the same speil, Your CV has stood out, we need you for an interview asap, the Manager wants to meet you! (seriously no manager does a job interview or attends one unless your going into a managerial role).

When she, the lady who called me, Alex, noted I was currently in a job she sounded pretty guilty even asking me to turn up as she probably knows the crack with these roles.
Having never worked for any of these compannies I cant comment on the role or wages etc, but by others previous posts you have to really sell to earn a wage, which if your no good you get zero, and even good sellers, as mentioned on here have worked 70hrs plus and averaged about £3.50 per hour.

Its definitely not the job for me.

Bit of a tip - theye are recruiting on jobsite, reed, salford jobs, fish4jobs all the big job sites, so if you see anything saying Customer Service Sales you can earn £250-£500 per week, its probably one of this lot.

I applied for 5 Roles and had 5 call backs with Interviews today alone, having only applied today, either my CV is Great or these places are losing staff hand over fist as the job description isnt what was expected!!!!!!

    You have been Warned

I keep telling the websites these jobs are on that these companies are not giving you the truth about the jobs advertised!! Why can't they vet the 'posts' thoroughly, so peoples time is not wasted!!

I went for an interview today and travelled 2 hours and it went really badly. Surprisingly I got a second interview for Monday, but now I'm not going to go. Darren Interviewed me, and I know my CV is terrible nd yet it really wowed them?
As I sat being waiting I heard someone making endless phone calls to other people offering them the same job that was so limited?

it's a scam! i can assure you, i also got an interview there on the same day i applied, which i thought was strange. anyway, i was looking online for where it was and came across a number of complaints for the address they gave - dickinson business centre, manchester - but there is no such place! i googled it and it didn't come up, i looked on google maps thoroughly on that street and it was nowhere to be seen. apparently it is opposite tuscany house but all i saw there was some 'rough' looking buildings with grafitti on them. if you get a call from this place, don't go! they've been investigated for fraud in the past. their reply to me was way too keen, considering i have no experience in sales and am young. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING!

no one can say that the following isn't suspicious:

"Thank you for your online application for the opportunity with LJR Ltd.
We have been astounded by the amount of individuals that have applied to ourselves so far, as a result we have decided to contact only the applicants that have really impressed us. A member of our management team has had the opportunity to review your CV which has led to you being selected as one of our top 10%! Congratulations, we would be very interested in meeting you.

We are based in the heart of the Manchester City Centre, our company has big goals and we need motivated people to help us achieve them. LJR Marketing is a leading outsouced sales and marketing company with operations throughout the UK. Here at LJR, we feel we have identified a gap in the market for clients requiring a more personal and effective strategy. Our mission is to provide long term solutions for our clients needs. Increasing their customer base and revenues so that they can become market leaders in their retrospective industry.

We have been conducting interviews over the last week, however we do still have a few final  appointments available.

The next step is for you to call myself to discuss your appointment in further detail, and arrange a specific time to come in and meet with us.

Congratulations on being selected and I look forward to your call later on today.

    Kind Regards

    Ann Wilson"

I am currently working there and doing really well so these people who rubbish the firm just haven't got what it takes (meaning, brain power or will power to succeed!!)  So if anyone receives the chance and has the drive to do well then go to these interviews and make up your own minds.  Remember, your not sheep!!!!!!  I am making good money and i'm enjoying it so dont listen to these never do wells, they just cant make the grade thats all!!!!!

my son went to one of these jobs and its all about charity.they knock on ya door ask u ti sign up to the charity which is the deaf charity and if they do the guy gets £18.you have to work 2weeks in hand and do 12 hr days mythering people at their homes.these people are called chuggers.(charilty muggers) and in london they are trying to ban them.its a purely commision based job and one guy went out and only had one sign up so for 12hrs work he got £18...wooo big money.i dont see it ambitious at all coz of the way some of you present yurselves at the door.there are different levels.entry level leader co leader and so on but my reconing is after you have walked round for 3 weeks and used your own money to get there and finally u get your wage u realise what boloocks it is coz youve only earned £200.u then leave and they recruit all the time coz of just how many do actually leave.

charitys do have volunteer collectors and those that get a flat wage from the charity.you should ask how do they get paid and they have to tell you how.marketing is paid on comission only so they are more likely to pressure you into signing up

Applied for what sounded like an interesting job advertised as requiring NO EXPERIENCE (caps included). I received a phone call literally minues later from a certain Roger Barrington claiming that my CV was quite interesting and that they would love to interview me the very next day, during which they only had two spots available (how fortunate!).

I received a confirmation email which was a very obviously and very poorly copy-pasted wall of text. It advertised itself as themarketingorganization (how generic is that?) and the domain the email came from is non-exisstant. It looked extremely suspicious and I'm very grateful I googled the address and phone number to find out what this was all about.

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS CRAP, IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT PROBABLY ISN'T!

it is a scam.on monday you will be asked to follow round your leader.you will be taken out of bolton to a different town to knock on peoples doors asking would they like to sign up to a charity...if you dont get sign ups you dont get paid.its commission based only job.you will be walking round for 10-11 hours so have comfy shoes on..you have to use your own money to get to places.you dont get paid for the 1st 3weeks so what you earn in the 1st week you get in the 3rd...if you have 1 sign up all week then you get paid £18 only on your 1st pay day.
