Last year I bought two diamonds to a total of of £19700 from No 1 Gems, dealing with a man called Derek Rose. Now, wanting to sell them, I have discovered this unwelcome news and am replying as requested.

Simmons and Leech are both up in court on 29th of July (that's when the trial starts) I heard it has been moved to the Old Bailey...Don't know how true this is and that it's alot more than 100,000 pound scam too. Simmons moves between Eastbourne and Liverpool, after all his property and cash was seized according to someone in Brighton he quickly got ALL his money back and was living the highlife again! Apparently he was boasting that he thinks he's going to walk because what they did with the diamonds wasn't illegal!
