0161 49 5013 keeps calling but when I answered line cuts off?

This number calls most days and NEVER leaves a message. When I check my Calls List on my phone it comes up as an INTERNATIONAL number...Why? Very suspicious!

How can I prevent 01614955013 calling me?  It has been going on for days and I am sick to death of it.
Just happened again, 07.45 on a Saturday.  What on earth can they want  -  just to irritate?

Had a call from this number at 19:53. My wife answered the phone thinking it may be from John Lewis  (also starts with 0161) who she had spoken to earlier in the day but in this case there was no sign of a human being at the far end. Had a similar call on 11 Feb  from 01614955022. I assume these calls are dodgy and best ignored or left to go on to an answering machine.

Had a couple of calls today but I have blocked the number with BT Call Guardian so they can try calling the number as often as they like.

Had quite a few more calls in the last few days, so I did a search on the web. It's possible that it could be a scammer is using a genuine John Lewis number. I am expecting a delivery from JL sometime today.

Went into John Lewis yesterday, then phoned to pay and arrange delivery of an item. Since then there has been various silent calls from this number, if I don't recognise the number, I either don't answer or I don't speak until the caller speaks. Last night there was another call, I didn't speak, I passed the phone to my husband who made a noise (he didn't speak) and then this awful sounding automated call started letting us know when, and what time the delivery was going to take place. I think JL needs to take a serious look at this bit of technology, the same number has just rung again, silent, I didn't speak and in the end hung up....annoying.

01614955013 I've had 3 calls from this number and no message was left for 2 of them. The number does belong to John Lewis as the 3rd call was an automated message saying that my delivery from them was due the next day.  John Lewis should look into this problem.

Called about delivery from John Lewis had right day asked to press 1 for time of delivery. John Lewis said not from them

Silent call. It is not John Lewis.
