    This calls and on pick up it’s silent for a few seconds and then an automated taped voice (3 different voices over the weekend) say they are from our local environment office. (this is definitely NOT LOCAL to me! First call says about loft insulation and then when you don’t respond it goes back to the beginning of the tape again. Suggest hanging up as I did
