Female caller with gravelly "20 [***] per day" voice.  Without saying who she was, she launched straight into a spiel about fibreglass loft insulation, asking questions about what type I have.  I'm registered with the TPS, so she should not have made this call without checking my number.  I asked which company she was with.  She gave a vague answer about being part of a group of companies, so they can offer good deals.  When I asked again which particular company she was calling from, she hung up.

This number is logged as a Warning alert on another similar website -  as a scam involving insulation inspections.  The number is run by Twilio but being routed via VOIP so the actual location cannot be detected.  May be Manchester, may be anywhere else.
