Called today, but left no message. I called the number back as I have some dealings with companies in Manchester; and thought it could be one of them.

The recorded message stated it was a non urgent call by Claims Professionals; and to have details removed redial 0161 820 2718.

I have redialled and entered my number, so we'll see if the calls stop.

The company is probably either PPI claims or accident claims.

I had a call from these people today and he told me that I was entitled to a free car. naturally I told him that was highly unlikely and he insisted that it was in all the news today and started asking me whether I had had a loan in the last ten years. I replied no and he said, 'really?' I hung up at that point. Is there a way to report these people?

I didn't answer but I'm sure this is a PPI claims company. In order to stop these in future I've registered with TPS the Telephone Preference Service and hopefully within 28 days I will no longer receive unsolicited calls.

This company told me it was about PPI and that they had bought my mobile number from another source that I had not heard of.  I asked the representative to remove my number from their database.  Fingers crossed!

these people have rang me on several occasions. they behave in an official way. they claim to be love film. they went through the whole sales pitch, explains features, packages, prices etc. they were very friendly, and love film being something i was interested in, i, partly in interest, and partly drawn in by charm, went along with it. i ended up giving my card details - something i know is stupid - and was told my account was set up. i was given a name and password and told i could sign in with these, and that i would have a confirmation email with terms and conditions and other relevant information; i never received this email and the login details given do not work. at this point i assumed it was probably a scam and did a bit of research. apparently people claiming to represent love film have been doing street surveys in london, with virtually the same pitch as what i achieved. I have as a result of this removed all money from my bank account and plan to cancel the direct debit, which, though i am told it is £7.99, they could theoretically drain me dry. Organisations like this are disgusting and grossly unethic and need to be clamped down on hard; all the financial and moral implications are disgraceful, and it is absurd that these people can get away with it. I consider myself a pretty astute individual, and if I can be conned as easily as i can, what does that say for the vulnerable such as the mentally enfeebly and the elderly who may always look toward good nature and want to trust people? it has to stop.

i have had several calls from this number, i knew it was a scam call so asked them how they got my no as it was on high security list as i was part of the fraud squad funnily enough the line went dead. no more calls

just been called again by 01616626519 think it's a ppi no. had half a dozen calls now

I got a missed call on my mobile on 9th November, the phone has been off for a while as I had lost the battery charger. They managed to get hold of me twice but each time the number is the same but the company is different. I just tell them "this is a scam" and hang up but it gets to the point I cannot work so often they call me. Please do not even talk to these people they are really good at what they do.

called me today. . missed call. on calling bck says nonurgent call. trying to cut the call phone froze as if it is taken over and had to take the battery out to stop the call. never done that before

Have had several missed calls from this number 0161 6626519 on my mobile, eventually answered a call and was told they were from Claims Professionals and they could get all the ppi money back for me. Then asked if I had any loans. I told them it was none of their business whether I had a loan or not. the chap the other end was surprised that I  wouldn't tell him and insisted he could help. When i said it was all in hand and please do not call me anymore the line suddenly went dead.

forget calling 01616626519 its a scam to get you to pay up front for something you don,t have to pay for do your own   PPI  go on line and down load claims form to get your PPI  back

They called me today it's about ppi and they will send a claim form out told them I done this two years ago told them too take my name and number off there list as this situation has rectified but time will tell .

I had a call from this number today...I answered and someone laughed down then phone and then hung up. What are they playing at!
